Flaming Hot Cheetos Wings

Flaming Hot Cheetos Wings

Here is another recipe that my boyfriend and I tried for Super Bowl earlier this year. He was initially going to make ranch wings but I showed him this recipe on Pinterest and we decided to give it a go since we had all the ingredients.

Here is what you will need:

-1 bag of uncooked Chicken
-1 bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos
-1 bottle of Ranch dressing

hcw1

First you will need to prepare your chicken as normal. (wash & season) And preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

hcw3

After that, take your Hot Cheetos and crush them up real good. I don’t have a blender so this was the hard part for me. I stomped the bag and hit it with a hammer a few times. (sounds crazy, I know lol) Try to get it to a powdery substance.

Once you have them crushed, pour them into a bowl and pour your ranch into another bowl.

Now it’s time to coat the wings. First dip them in the ranch, then in the cheeto crumbs and lay them on a pan.

Lastly, Once they are all coated, place in the oven for about 45 minutes.

And VOILA! All done.

Hope you enjoy! Feel free to switch up the recipe to your liking. I heard the Doritos version is pretty yummy also!

Grape Jelly Meatballs

Grape Jelly Meatballs

My boyfriend made this delicious appetizer for the Super Bowl a few weeks ago and I thought I would share with you guys. This recipe is very simple, and only involves 3 ingredients.

First you need to gather your ingredients which are grape jelly, meatballs, and barbecue sauce (or chili sauce).

gjm

Pre-Heat your oven to 325 degrees.

Second, you should mix the grape jelly (3/4 of the jar) and barbecue sauce (half bottle) in a bowl , then pour into your casserole dish. Make sure you mix it up good!

gjm3

Next, you add the bag of frozen meatballs in. Stir the meatballs around in the mixture until all of them are fully covered.

Now, it’s time to put the dish in the oven. Leave it in for about 1hr 1/2 on 350 degrees. (check with a fork to see if they are done)

and voila! Time to eat 🙂

I also want to add that this appetizer can be made in a crockpot if you prefer it. Follow all the same steps but instead of the oven, let meatballs sit in the crockpot for about 3 hours.
